In addition, we are qualified for American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) fabrication for pressure piping and pressure vessels and maintain current approved stamps for this work.
Safety
Monterey Mechanical Co. continues to maintain a comprehensive safety and health program for all employees administered by a full time Safety Manager along with a full time Field Safety Engineer. Our safety program includes Injury and Illness Prevention Program in which you will find topics addressing Excavations and Trenches, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, along with numerous others.
As a growing company, Monterey Mechanical Co. either meet or exceed current regulations as found in the Cal/OSHA General Industry and Construction Standards.

Each new employee is required to complete and pass a deeply involved Computer Based Training program covering industry standard topics. In addition, all employees in a Supervisory position hold a minimum Cal/OSHA 10-Hour Construction card. "Incident Rates" is very minimal compare to industry averages.
